KS: Joe and I work on a student run fashion, beauty, and lifestyle magazine on campus called VIM. Both of us started this semester on our respective teams (Lifestyle and Men’s Fashion) and have loved being a part of it.
JS: Writing a piece that was published in the magazine was a huge deal for me as a freshman. I wrote an article on hair gel for the men’s section. It was a fun experience and a unique one to have during my first year here.
KS: To celebrate the launch of the magazine, the magazine throws a gala in our beautiful on-campus art museum, The Broad. Since we could take a guest, Joe and I brought Claire so we could all enjoy the opportunity to dress up and have a glam Wednesday.

CS: I went straight from work and drove up to campus so Kate and I got ready at her apartment before hand. I wore one of my fall-back favorites, a black Dolce and Gabbana dress that I got at a thrift shop. I paired it with a pair of Banana Republic heels and Forever 21 jewelry.
KS: I finally got to wear a dress we’ve had hanging in our basement for forever. Since the nearly floor length velvet was a lot to handle, I paired it with simple Chinese Laundry heels and a J. Crew necklace.
JS: I wore on of my favorite holiday looks, my oxblood J. Crew pants, Aldo shoes, plaid print tie, and an old reliable blazer of mine. The colors and look went perfectly with the feel of the event.
KS: Overall it was such a fun way to spend a Wednesday before finals. We can’t wait until next semester/ year!
