Park Gingham

Temperatures were high while we were hanging out in NYC last weekend, calling for flowy skirts and no sleeves. This skirt is one of my summer favorites, an old one I picked up at J. Crew a few summers ago. The blue gingham reminds me of a picnic blanket, and nothing is more summer than that! I wore this look for our first full day in the city that never sleeps, and it was perfect for the time spent in Central Park rowing boats and walking around. I’m so glad I put on sneakers for the day as being in New York requires a lot of walking. I never overheated and the length of the skirt was perfect for a little activity while out and about.
