September is here as if August never happened, already bringing relief from the humidity and high temperatures of summer in New York. While saying goodbye to this summer is bittersweet, I’m choosing to focus on the sweet half of that. Autumn in New York is my favorite, with the dropping temps that don’t drop far enough to cause concern and the turning leaves that make for wonderfully long park walks. September will be a busy one for me with travel booked every weekend (both work and play). I’m choosing to use the “back to school” energy to stay focused, organized, and on the ball while I fly between destinations and tackle the start of another huge sports season with work.
